IT SAYS ON THE WEBSITE YOU CLOSE AT 11PM, WILL I STILL GET TO GO THROUGH EVERYTHING IF I AM HERE BY CLOSING TIME?
Our box office closes at 11pm. The attraction will not close until all customers have gone through.
Is Animatronica Haunted Attraction open rain or shine?
Yes, we are open rain or shine!
Will Monsters Touch me?
Our monsters don’t touch you, so please don’t touch them. Of course, in the darker areas, something may accidentally bump into you, but none of our monsters will ever grab you.
DO YOU HAVE A SECURITY TEAM?
Yes, the park is patrolled by uniformed & plain clothed Security Officers (Guest Relations) and Police Officers. Animatronica Haunted Attraction also has a night-vision security system for your safety. Our onsite security team is also trained for medical emergencies.
What is the youngest age the attraction is appropriate for?
Our event is not recommended for anyone under the age of 12. We trust you, as the parent, to make the judgment call, as you know your child best. Remember, this is a Halloween event and we do not give refunds for being “too scared”.
How long does it take to go through Animatronica Haunted Attraction?
It varies but generally, it will take 15-20 minutes. Wait times peak on Friday and Saturday nights.
Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?
At this time, our attraction is NOT wheelchair accessible.
CAN I GO THROUGH THE ATTRACTIONS IF I’M PREGNANT?
We encourage you to use good judgment. If you are pregnant, have an injury, heart condition, or any other illness that may be effected by the atmosphere of a haunted attraction we discourage you from going through the attractions.
Are there refunds if it's too scary?
Our job is to scare you! We do not provide any refunds.
Can i take pictures inside the attractions?
Photography and video/audio recording is strictly prohibited inside our attraction.
Do you have group rates?
Yes. Group rates are available for groups of 20 or more when arrangements are made in advance and prepaid. Contact us HERE for group sales.
